Who is DifferenThinking?
DifferenThinking is changing the paradigm of how VC’s and Startups operate and achieve growth by providing specialised strategic people and performance services when you most need them. We created DifferenThinking because our global experience has taught us that unsupported ideas often fail, but strategic people and performance interventions at key points of the investment cycle can create exponential growth.
What is our program about?
The key to great execution is people, culture and leadership. "Execution = People + Culture + Leadership" is a unique, five-day program that is fully subsidised by Launch Vic, it covers all best practice execution theories and models giving founders practical tools to walk away with and implement in their businesses.
The ten modules include:

• Successfully working with your board
• Interviewing for cultural fit
• Retaining talent through change
• Building a champion team
• Coaching skills for success
• Driving high performance
• Effective delegation and control
• Conflict resolution skills
• Motivating and engaging teams
The course, delivered at no cost to participants, covers 10 key learning modules and founders are also offered a complimentary 1 on 1 coaching sessions.
