A series of workshops are being held across Victoria, hosted by Sustainability Victoria to support efficiency improvements in walk-in cool room operation.
Partnering with City of Greater Geelong and Surf Coast Shire
3 October 2018:
9am–12:30pm
Geelong Conference Centre, Eastern Park Gardens
20 Adams Court, East Geelong
The course focuses on walk-in cool rooms, so is ideal for business owners/operators in the food and hospitality sectors. The intention is that the Masterclasses will be engaging and appropriately pitched to an audience that may have varying levels of knowledge or operate cool-rooms at different scales ranging from small scale operators (e.g. café owners, butchers), medium users (e.g. supermarkets), and larger users (e.g. large food manufacturers and large scale cold storage facilities).
