Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism have introduced a new 'Surf Coast Tourism Partnership' package for 2017/18.

Available FREE to any commercially rated business in the Surf Coast Shire, the package includes:

• Brochure placement and referrals from VICs in the Great Ocean Road region.

• Your business listing on two (2) official tourism websites.

• Access to GORRT newsletters and special offers.

• Opportunities for exposure and recognition in GORRT tactical marketing and PR campaigns.

• Opportunity to boost your social media presence through the GORRT social media channels.

• Recognition as an official partner of GORRT.

Your choice of two official tourism websites include:

• Official Great Ocean Road Regional website - http://www.visitgreatoceanroad.org.au/

• Visit Victoria & Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) websites - http://www.visitvictoria.com/

• Official GORRT Destination websites - (any one of the following)

How is this possible?

Valued at $385, this package is available FREE for Surf Coast commercially rated businesses due to a $75,000 agreement between the Surf Coast Shire Council and GORRT. This is in addition to a standard payment from each Council in the GORRT area.

The Surf Coast Shire recognises tourism as a priority industry that contributes a significant level of jobs and economic benefit to the local economy.The Council Plan seeks to support and build capability of businesses and business / tourism groups and recognises the Great Ocean Road visitor economy as an advocacy priority.

In providing a Surf Coast tourism partner package:

• More tourism businesses have access to tools to grow their business.

• The Surf Coast tourism ‘offer’ (accommodation, activities, food and events) has maximum exposure to visitors.

• A rebate of 20% of every GORRT package is provided to your nominated Local Tourism Association that has signed an agreement with GORRT.
