Council is collaborating with the G21 Agribusiness Forum on a project designed to increase the capacity for innovation amongst small to medium local food producers across the region.

The G21 Agribusiness Innovation Roadmap project is a joint regional project that will deliver:
An enhanced picture of the value chains that connect agri-food businesses in the G21 region
Delivery of three or four development projects each involving a number of small food businesses working together to grow their businesses
A roadmap that will document the experiences of each project and provide a pathway for other businesses to pursue activities to grow their business.
The project is being lead by the G21 Agri-business forum. Street Ryan has been appointed to assist in the delivery of the project which is supported by contributions from local government and a state government grant. The project is expected to be completed by November 2017.
