Increase your productivity through energy efficiency

Do you want to save money on your business energy bills? Do you spend $20,000 or more on your business?

Sustainability Victoria have an 'Energy Assessment Grant' which helps businesses identify ways to save energy and money. The grants are provided for small to medium sized Victorian businesses and covers 50% of an energy assessment at two levels:

• A basic energy assessment provides up to $2000 towards the cost of an assessment.

• A detailed energy assessment provides up to $6000 the assessment.

An energy assessment can provide expert and tailored advice on how a business can cut energy costs and unlock a range of co-benefits, such as improved productivity.

Energy assessments at more than 100 sites found there is potential for businesses to save, on average, more than $50,000 per annum on energy bills alone, with an average payback of just over 3 years.

A $3000 implementation bonus is available to both grant types to carry out one, or more, assessment recommendation from the assessment. This is great as it allows you to immediately action any energy saving ideas from the assessment.
